About Us
Seniors have always had a special place in my heart. I had a very strong relationship with both of my grandparents. From them, I learned many life lessons. I received unconditional love and support from them always. In my early twenties, I would bring my daughter into our local nursing home to visit with the elderly, bring cards and spread the joy of a child into their lives. Soon after that, I decided to become a nursing assistant. I worked in skilled nursing facility, taking care of many seniors and absolutely loved my job. I felt that each day I was able to make a difference. Ten years later I became a nurse - continuing my work within the nursing home I had spent the previous 10 years at. Going into work, I knew that I was making a difference. I was able to hear their stories, see their smiles, and hold their hands. Spending each day with seniors in their time of strength and time of weakness was an honor to me. I take pride in caring for each individual until their last day on Earth. As much as I love working in that environment, there came a time when the Lord spoke to me. In that time with open ears and an open heart, He told me it's time to grow. This is where Home to Stay starts the next chapter of my life. This will allow me to continue with the passion I have for seniors. This will allow me to grow and give back in a way that is the same but also unique. I am looking forward to the future and what God has planned for me, my family and the many individuals that I can make a difference for. Joining me on this next chapter is my daughter Kayla who is also a well-respected nurse.

Seeing my mother care for the senior community for many years, they have always had a special place in my heart as well. I can see the difference she made for her elders and that is what inspired me to become a nurse. Prior to/ during nursing school I’ve only known working in healthcare. I spent time working as a medical assistant and also a resident aid. I found that most of my joy came from working with the elderly because they always brought a smile to my face whether it was a good or bad day. Years later I became a registered nurse and brought those experiences with me to this day. I am looking forward to serving our local community in regard to the senior community. I am looking forward to making a difference in the lives of others on a daily basis while serving the Lord. Faith is huge in our company, and we pray that you will trust us with your care.

Testimonials
"Being a caregiver is so much more than a job and my niece Brandy exemplifies this. Caregivers are a critical source in the comfort for the elders' lives. She has the most compassion and love for the elders that she has taken care of for over 21 years. Caregiving isn't for everyone because it takes a special person with patience, empathy, skill and passion. Her passion is to care for others. She has helped me with my aging parents doing the nursing care that I didn't feel comfortable doing. Everyone that had had Brandy care for themselves, or family members can't say enough good things about her. You or your family member would be lucky to have her care while being able to stay in your home."

"My experience with Brandy was nothing short of wonderful given the circumstances. It is not easy to find health care that navigates difficult situations and decisions while at the same time making sure the patient feels respected and heard. When my mother's health continued to decline and her dementia was getting worse, I was so thankful that Brandy was part of her care team. Not only did Brandy care for my mother with tenderness and patience, but the way in which she interacted and explained things to the family (especially as my mother started to transition), let's just say we had an angel on earth helping us all cope through a very difficult time. I feel that Brandy was born to be a nurse, specifically to help the elderly. You could not have your loved ones be in better hands."
